On the vine, shortly before harvest our Riesling was so replete with brightness it was practically luminous in the late summer sun. That vibrancy certainly translated into the glass, and the result is a wine that can rightfully be described as exuberant. Aromas of crisp green apples and white flowers draw you in, ushering in notes of poached pear, and jasmine which carry away to a subtle sweetness all blanched with racy acidity. This wine would pair well with grilled mexican street corn, sweet thai chili wings, or on its own with friends on the patio at golden hour.
