Our 2021 Estate Chardonnay opens with aromas of light straw and tempts the palate with spirited brightness giving way to inviting notes of creamy pastry. On the palate characteristics of sweet cream, butterscotch, and browned butter interplay with a bright and pleasant acidity. This classic expression of Chardonnay is sure to please those already passionate about the varietal, but inviting enough to welcome new loyalists. This vintage would be a welcome companion to grilled seafood kebabs, rich creamy pasta dishes, and that cool breeze at the end of a warm summer day.
